Captain Cook's Tuck Box

This page provides free downloadable resources for use with Captain Cook's Tuck Box. The one-hour lesson plans can be used within the normal school timetable or in an after-school cookery club.

Teaching resources are in .pdf format and require Adobe Reader.

The Library section is divided into six very comprehensive areas, with dictionaries of food and cooking, healthy eating guides, healthy menus guides, health and hygiene sections, and videos. The level of the dictionaries in particular is amazing. There wasn't anything that we tried to find out that wasn't listed! (SchoolZone independent review.)
