Terms of Business

Products are sold from this web site in accordance with the following Terms of Business.
General
The placing of an order by a Customer with the Supplier Anastasis Ltd for a Product sold on this web site constitutes a legal agreement between the Customer and Supplier in accordance with these Terms of Business. In case of dispute a settlement will be made under the laws of England and Wales.
Fulfilment
The Supplier Anastasis Ltd will provide the Customer with the ordered Product following the successful processing of the payment. Every reasonable attempt will be made to arrange for delivery within the following two weeks.
Refund policy
Subject to any overriding consumer legislation a full refund of the purchase price will be made only under one of the following conditions:
1. If the order is cancelled before dispatch.
2. If the software Product and Manual if any are returned by the Customer in their original unopened packaging within 10 days of their dispatch to the Customer.
3. If the Customer requests a refund in the case of non-delivery within 4 weeks of the successful processing of the payment, provided that the Customer agrees to return promptly the software Product and Manual if any in their original unopened packaging if they are eventually delivered.
4. If the software Product is found to be faulty and serious attempts to correct the fault via e-mail support from the website fail to correct the fault then by agreement with the Supplier the Customer may return the software Product and Manual if any for a full refund of the purchase price or if preferred for replacement by a corrected version. In this case the Customer agrees to ensure that all copies of the software made on computers, external discs or other storage systems will be deleted before or on receipt of the refund and to destroy any copies of manuals, recipes, menus or other items made from the software Product or Manual whether printed or in any other format.
Under any other conditions a partial refund on products costing more than £20 may be made at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
The Customer will obtain a proof of postage receipt when the Product is returned in case of non-delivery to the Supplier. The cost of the return of goods to the Supplier will be borne by the Customer.
Use of Data
The Supplier undertakes not to transfer Customer-related data to any third party unless legally required to do so, and not to use the Customer's data for any purpose other than the sale by the Supplier to the Customer of the product(s) currently being ordered and any future products that may reasonably be considered to be of possible interest to the Customer.
